contract and have the capability of working in London and the South East. Large or small,

The following are some examples of the work that we have successfully completed.
Thomas Moore Square
A prestigious refurbishment of the Tower Blocks at Thomas Moore Square where we have been involved in a intense programme of works in connection with the Fire Alarm and PA/VA installation, to the value of £450,000.00.
Burton Daily Mail
This Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting project highlights our capability of delivering a quality product within an area that is normally perceived out of our operational scope (The Midlands). After consultation with our client we set about designing their important life safety systems to suit the current and projected building usage, liaised with the client’s builders and provided a phased installation to the value of £12,600.00.
Eastern Goods Yard Kings Cross
This £170m project is one of central London’s most significant development and regeneration opportunities. The Eastern Goods Yard project consists of a new campus for the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, part of the University of Arts, London (UAL) along with retail areas, leisure facilities, offices and public spaces. The UAL section of the development consists of a four-storey new build section, which will link to a refurbishment of the Grade II listed, six-storey Granary Building. The university is scheduled to take occupation in the summer of 2011.
This is another prestigious project that we are involved in offering our Fire Alarm and Disabled Refuge installation services, to the value of £220,000.00.
ILLIFE News & Media
IGPA have been working for ILLIFE News & Media since 2008. In this time we have provided our complete Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Services for said Media Group including Consultation, Design, Installation, Commissioning, Certification, Service and Maintenance.
The ILIFFE group consists of four separate divisions:

- Staffordshire Newspapers Ltd
Our level of Service has been of a high standard so much so that we have been commended for our works by the Group Health & Safety Manager Angela Chapman. (See Testimonial section for further details).
The Park Inn Palace, Southend-on-Sea
- This prestigious 137 room hotel boasting a bar, restaurant, conference facilities. residential apartments and a large Ball Room has benefitted from our expertise in fire alarm systems. We have supplied our services to help design, supply, install and commission a new fire alarm system tailored to this multi level prestigious hotel. We have also supplied and installed a complete CCTV system. The value of this contract to us is £250,000.00
Epping Forest College
- A new state of the art campus where we were able to offer our services as a Multi-Discipline company including Fire Alarm, PA/VA, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm to the value of £200,000
Whitechapel Fire Station, 27 Commercial Road, E1
- A complete new fire alarm system, which was completed during occupancy. Our level of experience is proven by way of completing these works without disruption to the Fire Brigade.
Construction House, 56 – 64 Leonard Street, London, EC2A 4JX
- A complete new fire alarm system, which was completed during occupancy. Our level of experience is proven by way of completing these works without disruption to the occupants.
London Borough of Lambeth- Larkhall School
- This project showed our capabilities of multi-disciplined activities as we supplied, installed and commissioned the following:
- Fire Alarms
- CCTV
- Door Entry
- Fibre Network Link for both the CCTV & Computer System
- Lighting Installation
The Valley School, STEVENAGE.
- A complete new fire alarm installation. Our standard of work was highly commended again by Hertfordshire Council.
Thames Water - Contracts.
- With a combined installation of Fire Alarm and Intelligent Emergency lighting. These successful contracts were repeat works for IGPA, due to the satisfaction of our client based on our good installation of works and high level of Health & Safety.

Sandwell District General Hospital, Lyndon, West Bromwich B71 4HJ
- This successful fire alarm installation shows that we are capable of operating in the midlands with no problems at all. Also further of the nature of the project it shows how we are also able to work within sensitive environments.
New Romford Hospital
- Another large Fire Alarm installation, working closely with our client to achieve the best possible installation.
Bishops Square Development, Spitafields Square, London E1 6TZ.
- As with the New Home Office this was a prestigious development comprising 6 individual high-rise office blocks linked via atrium walkways. The installation (utilising the same disciplines) was installed at a very high standard.
New Home Office Installation, 2 Marsham Street, London SW1.
- A prestigious and complex installation. The quality of our installation was such that we have been commended for the standard of our works. (Fire Alarms, PA/VA System, Smoke Vent Systems and Fire Telephones). Again our quality of work and efficiency had enhanced our client’s profile in the eyes of their client.
Legal & General Head Offices.
- A complete Emergency lighting installation, which is fully compliant to BS5266 part 1 and 7. This consisted a quantity of 1,500 self contained Menvier fitting consisting of several variety being dependant of the environment.
News International, No 1 Virginia Street, Wapping, London, E9 1FA
- was a major Fire Alarm installation. Our quality of work and efficiency has enhanced our client’s profile in the eyes of News International; this has enabled our client to secure future work.
