Eastern Goods Yard

This £170m project is one of central London’s most significant development and regeneration opportunities. The Eastern Goods Yard project consists of a new campus for the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, part of the University of Arts, London (UAL) along with retail areas, leisure facilities, offices and public spaces. The UAL section of the development consists of a four-storey new build section, which will link to a refurbishment of the Grade II listed, six-storey Granary Building. The university is scheduled to take occupation in the summer of 2011.This is another prestigious project that we are involved in offering our Fire Alarm and Disabled Refuge installation services
